------- Comment From [email protected] 2026-03-18 03:18 EDT------- Hi Ogayot! Thank you for your analysis. The issue has been fixed once I deleted the second ubuntu-vg. When I removed the duplicate VG it worked fine for the reinstallation. This issue happened because when I did installation on guest with SAN disk it also got the same name as the Host is also installed on a different SAN disk. So both the disks got the same name and are not aware of it. It is expected behavior right? If expected then will close the bug.
