Hello,
autopkgtest cloud is not able to handle the test dependencies we have for
this package as seen below:

'/usr/libexec/rocm/librocthrust-tests/test_thrust_reduce.dpkg-new': failed to
write (No space left on device)
```
`check-test-binaries` autopkgtest we have, is really, really superficial that
just checks the
existence of files or directories.
So please remove this autopkgtest as they dont really provide benefit in
autopkgtest cloud in LP (since there is no GPU available and this test
is just file checking)
