rocm (7.1.0-0ubuntu3) resolute; urgency=medium
* d/t/{control,check-test-binaries}: remove check-test-binaries.
As they dont really provide any functional test and only cause huge load
on autopkgtest cloud, as the sizes of test packages in the whole rocm
stack is relatively big. (LP: #2144942)
