Thanks a bunch for taking a look at this :) > When you're booted into 6.17.0-14 kernel, do you get similar messages?
Nope, only: [ 14.217714] snd_hda_codec_alc269 hdaudioC1D0: bound i2c-INT8866:00 (ops tas2781_hda_comp_ops [snd_hda_scodec_tas2781_i2c]) > In meantime, you could probably work around this issue by grabbing a copy of the firmware and putting it in the firmware folder with incorrect name. Tried your workaround; Unfortunately I still get the same error messages in the kernel log and no proper sound. Seems like I didn't do your workaround correctly or something else, apart from a stray 0 appearing at the end of the firmware filename, is broken as well. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2145019 Title: Speaker output regression from 6.17.0-14 to 6.17.0-19 on Lenovo Yoga 7 14arb7 (TAS2563) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-hwe-6.17/+bug/2145019/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
