The installer is not displayed on startup of 26.04 ISO (beta RC1)
The status of the ubuntu-budgie-installer.service is failed.
The problem is likely due to the snap not finished seeding by the time
the oneshot systemd unit is executed - SDDM default.target. Note SDDM
does not have a graphical.target that GDM and ubuntu-desktop-
installer.service uses
