I tried cherry-picking the github commits for intel-dpcpp from that PR,
using `git cherry-pick -Xsubtree=compiler/debian <commit>`, but that
only worked for a few commits, after which I started getting a lot of
conflicts.

Maybe there is another git way to pull those changes in easily, but for
now, if you could create a PR against the ubuntu/devel branch of this
package in LP that would be best. Alternatively, you can also attach a
debdiff, but keep in mind that some type of changes are badly
represented in a debdiff, like symlinks or binary files.
