Steps to reproduce:

Open any application that supports PiP (e.g., Browser, Media Player).

Enable Picture-in-Picture mode.

Click on any other application window (Terminal, File Manager, etc.) to
change focus.

Expected result:
The PiP window should stay pinned on top of all other windows regardless of 
which application is currently focused.

Actual result:
The PiP window disappears or closes immediately upon clicking any other window.

OS: Ubuntu 26.04 (Beta) and Ubuntu 25.10

Desktop Environment: GNOME
