@samde (#31) Sorry, the update came after the bottom bit with the patch. It was not the issue, I just got excited and was premature in posting really.
So, I've been comparing the Raspberry linux branch 6.12.y (which does not seem to have the bug) and 6.18.18 macb drivers. It seems there was a major refactor of the ring-buffer queues. I suspect this could have introduced a timing issue or race condition and I'm adding some logging to see if I can narrow it down. I'm also tempted to revert that code, build it and try running that kernel. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2133877 Title: Complete network hang on Raspberry Pi 5 with kernel 6.17 under load - possibly related to CPU frequency scaling To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-raspi/+bug/2133877/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
