I've now tested for this bug on more recent kernels in the three most
recent kernel lines. In Manjaro stable, I tested 6.18.18-1, 6.19.8-1,
and 7.0.0rc4-1. In Manjaro unstable, I believe I tested all the
currently available ones that were +1 from the stable versions:
6.18.19-1, 6.19.9-1, and 7.0.0rc5-1.

In MX AHS, I tried 6.18.4-1-liquorix and 6.19.11-1-liquorix.

None of these suspend for more than a moment before resuming.
Interestingly, hibernate works in MX.
