Public bug reported:
Lemonade upstream made a change in the 10.1 release to run on a
different port and change to a different config schema.
I know it's super late in the LTS, but to avoid the inevitable tech debt
of people referring to upstream documentation and getting confused I
want to update to the 10.1 release.
Could I get release team approval?

FWIW I've brought the distro packaging upstream, and it's running on the
lemonade stable PPA and people are already using it there.
