I've sponsored it for j & n.
What I've noticed is that due to build dependencies including
architecture-is-64-bit noble build is expected to fail on armhf. I
assume that's intentional and I ignored the failure ("dependency wait")
status. It was already happening for the noble+ releases of openvswitch.
