Thanks for the answer. If it's a planned change at the upstream level, I guess there's not much to be done. I'll try to solve the multi-line issue in my case by renaming the applications. Regarding the YouTube icon, I installed it as a PWA through Firefox. They aren't the most detailed icons in the world (the WhatsApp one is usually blurry), but I thought it was worth reporting in case it’s a symptom of other issues.
