Points (a) and (b) are about the resolute upload, I still have to check
the other uploads to see if they are also affected. The other points are
about the bugs.

a) d/changelog

There is an extra blank space at the start of this line:

 snapd (2.74.1+ubuntu26.04.5) resolute; urgency=medium

That looks innocuous, but breaks changelog parsing for some tools:
debian.changelog.ChangelogParseError: Could not parse changelog: Unexpected
line while looking for next heading of EOF: snapd (2.74.1+ubuntu26.04.5)
resolute; urgency=medium

b) d/changelog

This entry is using an LP bug that is already closed:

 snapd (2.74.1+ubuntu26.04.5) resolute; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release, LP: #2138629
    - LP: #2147645 FDE: secboot fixes

LP: #2138629 was about the 2.74.1 SRU release of snapd, and that is done
already. Maybe the only thing you need here is one entry for #2147645
alone. If you keep #2138629 here, it will be flagged again for SRU
verification.

Actually, looking at the changelog for the package that is in resolute
right now:

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/snapd/2.74.1+ubuntu26.04.4

It has this exact same changelog entry, but for version
2.74.1+ubuntu26.04.4:

snapd (2.74.1+ubuntu26.04.4) resolute; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release, LP: #2138629
    - LP: #2147645 FDE: secboot fixes

Ok, I think this all comes from the mistake in (a). Look at the changes file of
this upload here
https://launchpadlibrarian.net/859594286/snapd_2.75.2+ubuntu26.04.2_source.changes:

See how the last changelog entry (2.74.1+ubuntu26.04.5) is "glued" to
the one before it:

...
       refreshing slot providers
     - Use application CommonID as default source for desktop ID
  snapd (2.74.1+ubuntu26.04.5) resolute; urgency=medium
 .
   * New upstream release, LP: #2138629
     - LP: #2147645 FDE: secboot fixes

That's also why these two bugs #2138629 and #2147645 are showing up here
as being fixed by this new upload.

There was never a 2.74.1+ubuntu26.04.5 release.
