FWIW, I've also extracted the modules list from the official 26.04 server installation ISO image, and am attaching it here. It's 51818 bytes long, vs. 44707 bytes for the image used by MAAS. The order in which the modules appear is different, so sorting the text files is necessary to parse the results via diff or meld, but the ISO does include at least many of the missing modules. This is not surprising because our partners have been doing ISO-based installs, rather than MAAS installs, to get preliminary certification results. I don't know if it would be worthwhile for the MAAS team to look at whatever tooling is used to generate the initrd for the ISO images, or if a MAAS initrd has unique needs.
