Summary‌
In Ubuntu Kylin, the Control Center (or System Settings) incorrectly displays 
two identical 'Sound' (or Audio) plugin items. This causes confusion for users 
trying to adjust audio settings and clutters the interface.

‌Steps to Reproduce‌

    Log in to Ubuntu Kylin desktop environment.
    Open the ‌Control Center‌ (or System Settings).
    Observe the list of available settings/plugins.
    Notice that there are two entries labeled 'Sound' (or similar audio-related 
names).
    Click on either entry to verify if they lead to the same configuration 
panel or different ones.

‌Expected Behavior‌
There should be only one 'Sound' entry in the Control Center to manage audio 
settings.

‌Actual Behavior‌
Two 'Sound' entries are displayed. [ they look identical].

    ‌OS Version:‌ [e.g., Ubuntu Kylin 26.04]
