The page at https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/noble/current/ gives the
following instructions:
“LXD
First add the new Ubuntu images simplestreams endpoint:
lxc remote add --protocol simplestreams ubuntu-daily
https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/
Launch the noble image:
lxc launch ubuntu-daily:noble”
This fails.
$ lxc launch ubuntu-daily:noble
Launching the instance
Error: Failed instance creation: Failed getting remote image info: Failed
getting image: Failed parsing stream: Unable to fetch
https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/streams/v1/index.json: 404 Not Found
