Public bug reported:
I just upgraded from 25.10 to 26.04
With Dynamic Workspaces switched on in the settings, when I have apps
opened only on the first workspace, I cannot drag them to the next
(second) workspace in Overview mode.
In Overview mode, the next workspace is not partially shown on the edge
of the display, nor the workspace overview at the top. Thus I cannot use
my mouse to drag a window to the next workspace. Keyboard shortcuts
Super+Shift+PageDown/Up do work
If I have an app open on the second workspace, (e.g. by opening it
directly from the second workspace), then all workspaces (including the
newly created third one) show up in overview mode, and I can drag an app
from one workplace to another with my mouse.
With "Fixed Number of Workspaces" switched on in the settings instead of
"Dynamic Workspaces", everything behaves as expected.
