Public bug reported:
/sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/charge_control_end_threshold and
/sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/charge_control_start_threshold are
supported by my hardware (Thinkpad X13 AMD), but for some reason, after
upgrading to Ubuntu 26.04, the battery charging settings have
disappeared from the power settings GUI. Previously, in Ubuntu 25.10, I
had battery charging set to "preserve battery health"
