Public bug reported:
After a clean ubuntu startup, the sound sometimes/always setup to 100% ,
even though the sound bar is on low level. I'm currently using Ubuntu
25.10 with external monitor that connects to a speaker. Sometimes it
also happens on bluetooth headphones.
