NVIDIA 580.142 module load throws an "Unpatched return thunk in use"
warning at boot, and every suspend/shutdown attempt produces a
__jump_label_patch kernel oops. System hangs, hard reset required.
Hardware: Ryzen 7 2700, RTX 2070 (Turing/TU106), MSI B450-A PRO, Secure
Boot enabled.

1. Boot 7.0.0-15-generic with nvidia-driver-580 loaded
2. systemctl suspend → oops
3. echo mem | sudo tee /sys/power/state → same oops (rules out systemd)
