Public bug reported:
When tiling a window from the center (default) position to the right
side of a 21:9 screen, the window does not tile properly and instead
tiles to somewhere close where the right side of a 16:9 screen would be.
If you tile the window to the left first, the window can be tiled to the
right correctly.
I am not able to 100% reproduce it always.
