Public bug reported: Ubuntu's default font size is slightly too large, compared to upstream GNOME and compared to other operating systems.
The "new" Ubuntu font is also slightly too faint/thin compared to the old Ubuntu font. But that's mostly a bug in GTK4 for not implementing weights (https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/work_items/8091) unlike gnome-shell itself. ** Affects: ubuntu-settings (Ubuntu) Importance: Low Status: New ** Tags: resolute visual-quality -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2153405 Title: Ubuntu's default font size is slightly too large To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-settings/+bug/2153405/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
