Public bug reported:

Ubuntu's default font size is slightly too large, compared to upstream
GNOME and compared to other operating systems.

The "new" Ubuntu font is also slightly too faint/thin compared to the
old Ubuntu font. But that's mostly a bug in GTK4 for not implementing
weights (https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/work_items/8091) unlike
gnome-shell itself.

** Affects: ubuntu-settings (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Low
         Status: New

** Tags: resolute visual-quality
