I've done the following: 1. Fresh restart: webcam available (OK) 2. Suspend/Resume while on battery several times (I think 3 or 4): webcam available (OK) 3. Plugged AC, then suspend/resume several times (2-3 times): the first few reboots, webcam is available, but the last one, no more device can be found (NOK).
