Thanks for the logs. Can you run `sudo systemctl edit snapd.service` and add:
``` [Service] Environment=SNAPD_DEBUG=1 ``` Then rerun the failing command, try again to collect the `snap change <ID>` for the failing refresh and journal logs as well, please. That might give us a little more information about what's going on.
