How sure are you that this is caused by more_set_headers? I also have these worker crashes and don't use more_set_headers. I use: - proxy_set_header - add_header
Another likely suspect might be that I'm using libnginx-mod-http-lua (1:0.10.26-2) (and also setting headers from that).
