To add to this problem, For me its not just using the more_clear_headers Server; flag even with it commented out the module still failed to load. But I also had 2 other modules fail in similar ways.
headers_more xslt uploadprogress I had to disable these 3 modules and comment out the more_clear_headers in my config files. aws ec2 ubuntu 24.04 arm64 Load balanced frontends. Each app was returning 502 bad gateway testing the nginx conf file returned passed and showed it was running fine.
