The DEP3 headers of the added patch are not entirely correct:

+Origin:
https://github.com/gpg/libgcrypt/commit/3f684fc6ab3ac98320e245a06b3563ad37ec56f5

That should have been:

Origin: upstream,
https://github.com/gpg/libgcrypt/commit/3f684fc6ab3ac98320e245a06b3563ad37ec56f5

+Applied-Upstream: commit:3f684fc6ab3ac98320e245a06b3563ad37ec56f5

That should carry the version or tag in which the fix is applied. As it
is, it's redundant with "Origin".

No need to make this change, "From:" is fine.

Missing:
"Bug-Ubuntu: <link-to-this-bug>"

These are not blockers for SRU, but should be looked after during
sponsoring next time.
