* Merge with Debian experimental, remaining change:
- Force -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 to avoid Qt/KDE apps crashing on start.
* Revert replacing default-libmysqlclient-dev with libmariadb-dev,
Ubuntu keeps defaulting to MySQL.
