* Convert from sysV init to native systemd service (LP: #2153822)
- Add debian/ahcpd.service
- Remove debian/ahcpd.init
- Remove debian/ahcpd.logrotate
- Update debian/ahcpd.defaults
- Drop lsb-base dependency from debian/control
- Update debian/ahcpd.logrotate to use systemctl instead of PID file
* Add autopkgtest: service-unit, binary-smoke, service-lifecycle
