Public bug reported:

`[Dell XPS 13 (DX13260), Intel Wi-Fi 7 BE213] No suitable firmware found
for iwlwifi-bz-b0-wh-b0 — kernel driver capped at c101, only c102/c103
exist`

## Summary

On a brand-new Dell XPS 13 (order code `usedx13260hcto01`, Wi-Fi module:
Intel Wi-Fi 7 BE213 2x2), the `iwlwifi` driver fails to load any
firmware, leaving the Wi-Fi adapter completely non-functional. The
driver reports a maximum supported firmware API of `c101` for the
`bz-b0-wh-b0` device, but the only firmware files that exist anywhere
(including upstream linux-firmware git) for this chip stepping are
`c102` and `c103`. This looks like the same class of issue as LP
#2136987 (driver/firmware sync gap for brand-new Intel Wi-Fi silicon) —
the corresponding kernel driver update for the `wh-b0` variant appears
to have been missed or not yet landed.

## Affected hardware / software

- **Model:** Dell XPS 13 (2026), order code usedx13260hcto01
- **Wi-Fi card:** Intel(R) Wi-Fi 7 BE213 2x2 + Bluetooth 6.0 (PCI dev
`4d40:4314`, rev `0x4b1`, rfid `0x20113100`)
- **OS:** Ubuntu 26.04 LTS
- **Kernel:** `7.0.0-27-generic` (`#27-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Thu Jun 18
19:13:49 UTC 2026`)
- **linux-firmware version:** `20260319.git217ca6e4.1ubuntu` (per `dpkg -l`)

## Steps to reproduce

1. Boot a stock Ubuntu 26.04 install on this hardware.
2. Wi-Fi never comes up; no `wlan0`/`wlp...` interface appears.

## Expected result

`iwlwifi` loads a working firmware build and a wireless interface
appears.

## Actual result

```
[   10.217133] iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: Detected Intel(R) Wi-Fi 7 BE213 160MHz
[   10.217514] iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: Direct firmware load for
[   10.217516] iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: no suitable firmware found!
[   10.217520] iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: minimum version required:
[   10.217522] iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: maximum version supported:
[   10.217523] iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: check
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git
```

The only `bz-b0-wh-b0` ucode files that exist on disk, or in upstream
linux-firmware.git, are:
- `iwlwifi-bz-b0-wh-b0-c102.ucode`
- `iwlwifi-bz-b0-wh-b0-c103.ucode`

Neither is within the driver's supported range (max `c101`), so no
firmware can ever load on this kernel build for this chip.

## Additional notes

- This system shipped on launch day (announced 2026-06-26); it's likely the
kernel driver update for the `wh-b0` variant simply hasn't been synced
alongside the firmware yet, mirroring the pattern in LP #2136987 where one chip
variant (`bz-b0-fm-c0`) got its driver-side fix in an SRU while a sibling
variant (`bz-b0-gf-a0`) was missed in the same update.
- I initially had a separately-installed out-of-tree driver package
(`linux-main-modules-iwlwifi-7.0.0-27-generic`, providing the
`iwlwifi-stack-public:release/core103` backport) which did claim `c103`
support, but it failed to load due to symbol/ABI mismatches against this
kernel's built-in (non-modular) cfg80211/mac80211 — that package is not
currently installed.

## Workaround

None currently found short of a USB/external Wi-Fi adapter. Manually
placing `c102`/`c103` ucode files in `/lib/firmware/intel/iwlwifi/` does
not help since the in-tree driver itself rejects anything above `c101`.
