Other people report that the problem happens after locking and unlocking the screen. But we don't have everyone tracking a single bug at the moment because they don't agree on which extension it is and they don't see the same errors in their logs.
There's also a chance that your errors from ~/.local/share/gnome- shell/extensions/* could be influencing this bug.
