This bug was fixed in the package plymouth - 24.004.60-1ubuntu7.2
---------------
plymouth (24.004.60-1ubuntu7.2) noble; urgency=medium
* Fix plymouthd SIGSEGV at boot on terminal-less secondary DRM heads
(NVIDIA multi-GPU, and DisplayLink/evdi connectors reported
connected with an empty EDID). Guard the NULL backend->terminal in
ply_terminal_set_disabled_input(), _unbuffered_input() and
_buffered_input(), and in the DRM and frame-buffer renderers'
close_input_source(). Cherry-pick of upstream 63597f92 and 5c10072a
(already in 25.04 and Fedora). (LP: #2103533)
