Test builds: ppa:giesen/xorg-evdi-fixes -- both built for amd64. The noble build needed the PPA's build-deps pointed at -proposed, since 1.8 build-depends on libpciaccess-dev (>= 0.17-3ubuntu0.24.04.3) from the same boot_display set; the runtime libpciaccess0 dep is likewise only satisfiable once that set reaches -updates.
