When running `do-release-upgrade -d` on a SpacemiT K3 with kernel 6.18
the following message is shown:

Sorry, cannot upgrade this system to 26.10

On Ubuntu 25.10 and later, RISC-V systems are required to support the 
RVA23U64 profile, but your system does not. Please, see

The system is RVA23 compliant. We need to adjust the detection logic.
