I can't reproduce with recent fixed kernels (k3-6.18, 7.2, and latest spacemit 6.18 with latest device-tree). Do you think that we still need to change the detection logic?
I think the missing extension was coming from the outdated DT, and then it would have been missing from HWPROBE kernel report as well. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2160703 Title: RISC-V RVA23 is not correctly detected on a 6.18 kernel To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-upgrader/+bug/2160703/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
