Public bug reported:
I noticed that from time to time, the taskbar in my plasma session if
frozen when I resume from suspend : the clock does not update and the
menus are not responsive.
Running ``plasmashell --replace`` makes it disappear briefly, then
reappear, and that new taskbar works normally.
I am using an Nvidia card with their 595-open driver.
