Public bug reported:

Bluetooth keyboard and mouse lag, repeat keys, and sometimes disconnect
during sustained CPU or ROCm/Ollama workloads.

The issue occurs with both:
- internal MediaTek MT7925 Bluetooth
- external ASUS USB-BT500 RTL8761BU

It also occurs with Wi-Fi disabled and Bluetooth autosuspend disabled.

rtla timerlat showed maximum IRQ latency of only 179 us and maximum
thread latency of 1.66 ms.

Simultaneous usbmon and btmon captures show 50-120 ms gaps followed by
sub-millisecond packet bursts. The batching is already present in raw
USB completions, before BlueZ processing.
