I was just able to fix the pytorch-rocm ftbfs and seems to be building
fine (at least locally with sbuild) pushed that to PPA expecting it to
be ok as well or at worst it would need some small touches like adding
heartbeat to debian/rules if it timesout in LP etc.

That said, I am uploading miopen to the resolute queue
