Public bug reported:

Hardware:
- Laptop: ASUS TUF Gaming FX705DY
- External Keyboard: Core68HE USB Hall Effect Keyboard

Operating System:
- Ubuntu 26.04 LTS

Kernel Versions:
- Working: 7.0.0-27-generic
- Broken: 7.0.0-28-generic

Issue:

After upgrading from Linux kernel 7.0.0-27 to 7.0.0-28, the Right Arrow
key stops functioning completely.

The issue affects both:
- The built-in laptop keyboard
- An external USB keyboard (Core68HE)

The Left, Up, and Down Arrow keys continue to work normally.

The external keyboard works correctly on Windows, confirming it is not a
hardware issue.

Booting back into Linux kernel 7.0.0-27 immediately restores normal
functionality for the Right Arrow key on both keyboards, confirming this
is a regression introduced in kernel 7.0.0-28.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot Ubuntu 26.04 using Linux kernel 7.0.0-28.
2. Press the Right Arrow key.
3. Observe that no input is generated.
4. Reboot into Linux kernel 7.0.0-27.
5. Press the Right Arrow key again.
6. The key functions normally.

Additional Information:
- Keyboard layout: US
- Session: GNOME on Wayland
- The issue was reproduced with two different keyboards.
- Basic troubleshooting included testing with evtest, libinput, wev, dumpkeys,
and verifying keyboard mappings.
- The regression was isolated by comparing kernel versions, with 7.0.0-27
working correctly and 7.0.0-28 consistently exhibiting the issue.
