The stonking and resolute uploads cannot have the same version number.
Conventionally, I would expect stonking to be 4.20.1.3-0ubuntu2, and
resolute to be 4.20.1.3-0ubuntu1.1.

Please also clarify the `Origin:` field in the patches. Where *exactly*
did they come from? I.e. URL, commit hash, etc.
