/usr/sbin/iwconfig instead of /sbin/iwconfig.
* debian/rules: Enable full hardening via DEB_BUILD_MAINT_OPTIONS
and DEB_CFLAGS_MAINT_APPEND for fortify functions.
* debian/control: Replace XC-Package-Type with Package-Type for udebs.
* debian/control: Remove redundant Section field from wireless-tools
binary package.
* debian/watch: Add watch file with pgpmode=none, upstream has ceased.
* debian/upstream/metadata: Add upstream metadata file.

- Remove the wireless-tools userspace package (LP #2075850)
