* Fix FTBFS with OpenSSL 4.0 (LP: #2154991)
- d/p/fix-for-openssl4-compat.patch: use const for X509 accessor return
values, create mutable X509_NAME instead of const_cast, replace opaque
ASN1_STRING direct member access with accessor functions
