Huh, that was unexpected. The 25.04 capture negotiates the same eSCO
parameters as the 26.04 one, but there the headset immediately starts
sending audio packets. So link setup is fine, the difference must be in
something established earlier. Please may you do another capture this
time seeing the startup?
On 26.04:
1. Run:
sudo btmon -w hci-full-2604.btsnoop
2. In a second terminal run:
bluetoothctl power off
bluetoothctl power on
3. Connect the headset, switch to HFP, wait ~10 seconds, then Ctrl-C the
btmon from step 1.
On the 25.04 do the same (filename hci-full-2504.btsnoop), switching to
HFP (which works there) for ~10 seconds before stopping.
And attach both files. Thanks!
