Public bug reported:
On Ubuntu 26.04 LTS running Wayland with a Dell Latitude 3410 (Goodix
27C6:01E0 touchpad), two-finger scrolling is excessively fast and jerky
in Firefox, Brave, and Chrome. Cursor movement is normal, and scrolling
in terminal applications feels smooth. The issue appears to affect
GUI/web applications but not terminal scrolling.
