Hello,

Same issue: If I shutdown or reboot the pc on the 7.0.0-28-generic
Kernel the screen goes black but the PC never shutdown/Reboot. The leds
stay on, the fans are spinning at max speed. Regression to the
6.17.0-40-generic kernel fixed the problem.
