* update copyright info:
+ avoid any .git* files when repackaging upstream source
+ simplify listing upstream source
+ license patches same as main upstream license
* update git-buildpackage config:
+ filter out eventual debian subdir
+ stop superfluously filter out .git* files
+ improve usage comment
