It appears the issue reported isn't valid; marking invalid.
Incidentally, the packaging *should* make virtualenvwrapper accessible
to login shells (that have enabled bash completions) automatically upon
installation, though it generally requires re-launching the login shell.
This didn't operate correctly in focal or jammy, but it does in resolute
(I can't recall noble's status), so you shouldn't need to fiddle with
your profile or bashrc scripts to use the package.
