Public bug reported:

rspamd dropped the builds for amhf, ppc64el and s390x in the last few
uploads due to the package being unstable on them. These changes were
included in the recent rspamd merge
(https://code.launchpad.net/~finnrg/ubuntu/+source/rspamd/+git/rspamd/+merge/509130)
and are blocking it from migrating.

Please remove the binaries on the 3 architectures:
- rspamd 4.0.1-1ubuntu1 (armhf)
- rspamd 4.0.1-1ubuntu1 (ppc64el)
- rspamd 4.0.1-1ubuntu1 (s390x)

Afaict the only reverse dependency is a recommends from opensmtpd-
filter-rspamd, which debian also has at the moment.

$ ./checkrdepends  --include-provides --suite stonking -B
'http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports' -a armhf -a ppc64el -a s390x  rspamd
-- stonking/universe armhf deps on rspamd:
opensmtpd-filter-rspamd (r) rspamd
-- stonking/universe ppc64el deps on rspamd:
opensmtpd-filter-rspamd (r) rspamd
-- stonking/universe s390x deps on rspamd:
opensmtpd-filter-rspamd (r) rspamd
$ reverse-depends -b -r stonking rspamd
No reverse dependencies found
