Hello,
I don’t understand the previous version, it was the same on at least 3
versions.
When you arrive at the language selection in the Kubuntu livecd, you have the
choice of the language that appears when you select the French language. I'll
leave you a picture so you can see for yourself. It's already been a few LTS
versions where we have this bug.
Also, When you start the installation on the right menu, a "Customize" tab is
not translated I think and the pages of presentations that scroll every thirty
seconds are in English too.
