Public bug reported:
In GB300 machines including additional RTX cards, they also need to be
listed as part of CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES. The current implementation only
shows the GB300 card.
Example given: with an RTX A400 installed, nvidia-smi -L reports:
GPU 0: NVIDIA RTX A400
GPU 1: NVIDIA GB300
but set is only CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES=1.
Instead it should be CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES=1,0
